Testing Standards
Every batch of kratom.com product undergoes comprehensive testing before it reaches you. We test for both quality (what should be there) and safety (what shouldn't be).
Identity & Purity Testing
We confirm that every batch is genuine Mitragyna speciosa, free of adulterants, fillers, or substitute botanicals. Identity testing protects you from the adulterated products that have plagued the industry.
Alkaloid Profiling
We measure mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine content using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). This ensures consistency between batches and allows you to know exactly what you're getting.
Heavy Metals Testing
All products are screened for lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury. Our limits meet or exceed California Proposition 65 requirements — among the strictest in the United States.
Microbial Screening
We test for microbial contamination — Salmonella, E. coli, yeast, and mold. Any lot that falls outside specification is rejected, period.
Manufacturing Standards
Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
Our manufacturing facility operates under cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards as defined by the FDA for dietary supplements. This means:
- Documented standard operating procedures for all processes
- Trained personnel with ongoing education requirements
- Controlled manufacturing environment (temperature, humidity, cleanliness)
- Regular third-party audits and inspections
- Complete batch records and traceability
Third-Party Verified
Our GMP compliance is verified through regular third-party audits. We don't just claim compliance — we prove it. Audit reports are available upon request for wholesale customers and regulatory inquiries.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have a zero tolerance policy for products that don't meet our standards. If a batch fails any test — identity, alkaloid content, heavy metals, or microbial — it is rejected. No exceptions.
We reject approximately 8-10% of incoming raw material based on quality testing. This is a real cost we absorb to maintain our standards. We believe it's the only way to build the kind of trust this industry needs.
