Quality Commitment

How we approach quality, written down.

The standards below are how we think about quality across the site — what is universal across every product on offer, and what is specific to the kratom we make ourselves. Where a commitment is scoped, we say so.

Core Commitments

Six commitments, scoped honestly.

Sourcing

For our house line

  • Direct relationships with farms in Thailand and Indonesia
  • No middlemen, no commodity brokers
  • Above-market compensation paid on time
  • Selective harvesting; no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers

Manufacturing

Toward GMP across the catalogue

  • GMP-qualified production where it lands; surfaced on each PDP
  • Documented procedures and third-party audits
  • Complete batch records and traceability
  • Working with suppliers to encourage GMP certification across the board

Testing

Every product on the site

  • Independent, ISO-aligned laboratories
  • Alkaloid profile, heavy metals, microbial, identity
  • Each lot tested before it ships, against published specifications
  • Results printed on the CoA tied to the batch number

Transparency

On the record

  • A Certificate of Analysis published for every batch
  • Batch number printed on every label
  • Public CoA library, searchable by product or batch
  • Full results shown, not summarised

Product Safety

On every batch

  • Heavy-metals limits within California Prop 65
  • Identity confirmed as Mitragyna speciosa
  • Pure leaf — what is on the label is what is in the bag
  • Tamper-evident packaging

Customer Care

When you reach us

  • Real people, fast replies, US-based
  • Plain-text product information
  • Accurate descriptions of what the leaf is and is for
  • Standing satisfaction guarantee

Testing Standards

What we test, and how.

Every batch on the site is tested before it ships, by independent laboratories that publish the figures on a Certificate of Analysis tied to the batch number. The four tests below are the universal floor.

Identity & Purity

We confirm every batch is genuine Mitragyna speciosa. Identity testing is the foundational check before everything else — it answers the only question that matters first: is this what it claims to be?

Alkaloid Profiling

Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine content measured by HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). Quantified per batch, published on the CoA, so consistency between lots is verifiable rather than implied.

Heavy Metals

Lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury screened on every batch. Our limits meet or exceed California Proposition 65 requirements — among the strictest in the United States — with the actual ppm figures published on each CoA.

Microbial Screening

Salmonella, E. coli, total yeast and mould measured against pharmacopeial limits. The lab results are published on the CoA and tied to the batch number printed on the label.

Manufacturing

Toward GMP, across the catalogue.

GMP — Good Manufacturing Practice — is the production discipline the supplement and pharmaceutical industries hold themselves to: documented procedures, audited facilities, controlled environments, complete batch records.

We are bringing it across the catalogue as a target rather than a finished claim. Where a product is made under GMP qualification, the credential appears on its page; where it doesn't yet, we're working with the supplier to get it there.

  • Documented standard operating procedures for every step
  • Trained personnel with ongoing education requirements
  • Controlled manufacturing environment — temperature, humidity, cleanliness
  • Regular third-party audits and inspections
  • Complete batch records and traceability

How to find it per-product

GMP credentials live on the product page.

On each PDP, the "Sold by" row carries the manufacturer's qualifications: AKA GMP qualification, CoA-published status, and any third-party audit standing. Audit reports are available to wholesale buyers and regulatory inquiries on request.

From farm to package

How a batch earns its place on the shelf.

Every lot that becomes a product on this site moves through the same sequence: farm to lab to processing to packaging, with the batch number stamped on at the start and carried through to the certificate. The lab work is the gate. Identity, alkaloid range, heavy-metals limits, microbial counts — each tested against published specifications, the actual figures printed on the CoA.

For the kratom we make ourselves, roughly 9 in 10 incoming raw lots clear that gate and continue to packaging. The remainder go back to the farm or are held for a follow-up conversation about the season — usually a question of waiting for the next harvest rather than a judgement on the supplier.
