Green Indo

Green Indo is cut rather than milled — the leaf is broken down just enough to release alkaloids during steeping, but not so finely that it slips through a tea strainer. This makes it a better format for drinking as tea than our standard fine powders, which are better mixed into liquid rather than brewed and strained.

The source leaf is mid-harvest green vein from Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The character is comparable to our Green Malay — mid-weight, dependable, approachable — but in a format that produces a cleaner cup.

A second steep of the same leaves yields a milder cup with noticeably reduced potency.
