White Maeng Da

White Maeng Da comes from the same Surat Thani partner farms as our green and red Maeng Da lots. The difference is the harvest timing — younger leaves produce the alkaloid distribution that buyers recognise as the characteristic "white" profile: brighter, more stimulating, less full-bodied than the reds.

The "Maeng Da" naming tradition originally signified leaves selected for higher alkaloid density. We carry the convention forward by cupping and visually sorting each lot before it's milled to our standard fine powder grind.
